AGIBOT Robotics Secures Multi-Million Yuan Order for Industrial Automation Solution
AGIBOT (Zhiyuan) Robotics has achieved a significant breakthrough in the industrial automation sector with a multi-million yuan order for their A2-W robot from FULIN P.M. Though the A2-W may appear more utilitarian than humanoid in design, its performance capabilities are proving transformative in factory settings.
The robot has demonstrated impressive efficiency metrics, processing approximately 1,000 cases of turnover boxes per shift and consistently meeting monthly production targets. What began as a limited pilot programme has rapidly expanded across multiple factory locations, signalling strong confidence in the technology’s effectiveness.
The A2-W showcases advanced adaptive intelligence, capable of adjusting its gripping mechanisms to accommodate irregularly stacked bins and navigating around obstacles in real-time. In performance testing, the unit completed nearly 10,000 operations during a single shift without performance degradation.
Rather than operating in isolation, the A2-W has been integrated with Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) to create a comprehensive automation solution. This collaborative system divides responsibilities efficiently: the A2-W handles precision bin manipulation while AMR manages the heavier pallet transport requirements.
Deng Yang, Engineering Director at Fulin Precision, expressed particular satisfaction with the A2-W’s performance, noting that it has exceeded initial operational expectations. This deployment represents another significant step forward in factory automation technology adoption across the manufacturing sector.
The successful implementation demonstrates how specialised robotic solutions are gaining traction in industrial environments where efficiency and reliability are paramount considerations for operational success.
