Boston Dynamics’ all-electric Atlas has officially traded the viral parkour videos for a proper shift on the shop floor. This first glimpse of the production model sees the humanoid robot ditching the stunts in favour of commercially viable heavy lifting. It turns out that even the world’s most famous robots eventually have to grow up and get a proper job, with the first deployments already lined up for Hyundai’s factories.
